All works published by IIETA are now licensed under a Creative Commons International License.

Creative Commons (http://creativecommons.org) is a nonprofit organization that enables the sharing and use of creativity and knowledge through free legal tools. Its copyright licenses provide a simple, standardized way to give the public permission to share and use creative work. Creative Commons licenses are notan alternative to copyright. They work alongside copyright and enable the owner to modify the copyright terms.

Starting from 26 April 2016, all works published by IIETA are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. The CC BY-NC license allows for sharing (copy and redistribution) and adapting (remix, transform, building upon) IIETA material. It requires attribution (appropriate credit) and forbids use of material for commercial purposes. The deed of the license may be viewed by clicking the link on the homepage of each publication next to the logo.
