This study reports a multispectral Terahertz (THz) imaging method in order to measure water content in porous materials. The THz device is presented as well as measurements calibration for water content. The robustness of this experimental technique is then improved, by comparing measurements of time evolution of water content profiles in pure cellulose with theoretical profiles from a diffusive drying model. Finally, experimental results concerning the drying of pine wood are presented.
